Job Description
EPC in Grinnell, Iowa has two openings, one for 1st shift and one for 3rd shift for plastic injection molding process technician and supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Press start-ups, first response to all presses, ensuring optimum operating efficiency of the presses and the process, troubleshooting presses, molds and material problems.
Education & Experience
High school diploma required.
Must have at least 3 years of experience as process tech in plastic injection molding, working in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in supervision of teams of 10-20 members operating injection molding presses preferred.
